Refurbishment sees front cooking retro-fitted into existing counter: Bank of England

EMH International is a specialist manufacturer of high-quality stainless steel catering equipment and custom-built servery and bar counters for the catering and hospitality industry.

Its customers include the Bank of England, which recently asked EMH to refurbish their existing counter to include a Rieber Varithek self-ventilating front cooking unit.

“The bank had chosen to use Rieber’s Varithek ACS 1000 self-ventilating cooking unit,” says Ben Johnson, Director of EMH International. "We cut the middle section out to accommodate the Varithek and rebuilt the counter which now provides a stylish and highly functional theatre cooking facility for the restaurant."
