Refurbishment sees front cooking retro-fitted into existing counter: Bank of England



The Bank of England refurbished their existing counter to include a Rieber Varithek self-ventilating front cooking unit.


The middle section was cut out to accommodate the Varithek, which now provides a stylish and highly functional theatre cooking facility for the restaurant.
