Catering Design Group, working with designer Kendrick Hobbs, installed a complete new staff feeding kitchen for Johnson & Johnson's Wokingham facility.
Theatre cooking is one of the main features of a new foodservice counter. The installation of a Varithek EST triple module unit ensures a choice of options for chef including prime cooking using two induction hobs and hot food holding or further cooking options via a ceran hotplate. Supplied with the Varithek EST were a set of non-stick Rieber thermoplate pans.
