Extend food life by up to one week!

Vacutec is such a great idea, a stainless steel gastronorm container with a lid that vacuum seals to safely extend the shelf-life of refrigerated food for up to one week.

Based on Rieber’s Thermoplate GN container, a vacuum of -0.5 BAR is achieved using a pump and a simple to use three step valve – vacuum, closed, open.

When used in conjunction with appropriate stock control/date labelling and refrigeration – meat fridge for meat etc. – Vacutec offers a safe method of extending storage and preserving the quality of food.

An additional advantage is that the food inside the Vacutec GN container can be regenerated using steam straight from the fridge.
