La Mamma - The Intelligent Induction Chafing-Dish

BGL Rieber has launched the chafing dish with an intelligent difference.

Rather than using old fashioned gel heaters to keep food warm, an induction unit sits underneath the new Rieber Chafing Dish.

Rieber’s induction unit is so powerful it will cook, simmer and griddle, as well as keep food warm.

Some 12 pre-set programs can be selected, six for regeneration, three for hot holding and three for cooking. Variable power levels make it possible to tailor individual cooking requirements

Either 2/3 GN or 1/3 GN Rieber Thermoplate (triple layer) pans can be used with the system and attractive stainless steel buffet lids are an optional extra.
