Ready, steady and cook! Three versatile Varithek mobile solutions plus food counters for Hilton Hotels

A Varithek Buffet system has been installed at Heathrow Terminal 4. Varithek Buffet combines Rieber’s innovative ‘plug-in and go’ self-ventilating modular cooking system with hot, chilled and ambient display options to create highly versatile and great looking static or mobile food serveries.

Varithek units can hold two or three GN-sized cooking modules which can be interchanged in minutes to meet individual requirements including food warming, grilling and griddling teppanyaki style and pan cooking from frying to boiling.

At Hilton Heathrow, two Varithek EST hobs have been built into foodservice counters. Varithek EST units offer a ‘plug in and go’ front of house cooking system plus hot food holding and serving options. And with the optional ACS self-ventilation system there is no need for an overhead ventilation canopy!
