Priced from £1000, individual cooking modules offer a range of flexible cooking options.

Rieber’s individual cooking modules include Induction, Creperie, Ceran hob, Griddle and Carvery Plate. The range is German-manufactured and is designed for use on the table or worktop or with the Rieber Varithek front of house cooking unit.


Varithek also features an optional self-ventilation system ensuring the unit can be used anywhere without the need for an overhead ventilation system.

Rieber ‘Thermoplate’ triple-layer pans can be neatly accommodated within the 1 GN Induction unit, providing a variety of cooking options.

Available in stainless steel or a non-stick Teflon coated surface, they are available in four depths, with or without handles, in 1/1, 2/3, ½ and 1/3 GN.
