The CHECK CLOUD hygiene and HACCP system from Rieber makes managing the workload easier for managers.

Used on smartphones and tablets via an app, CHECK is easy to use and can operate at many levels, making it suitable for managers and all staff, for food safety, cleaning and hygiene tasks including traceability.

CHECK collects HACCP data and stores it in a secure database.

  • Cleaning status can be CHECKED using photos to provide proof of cleaning and the system also can take extra notes if needed, such as leaky pipe in 2nd floor kitchen. Automatic alerts to management can be set when notes are added.
  • Core temperatures are CHECKED, probed, and stored; additional QR codes can identify the food container or service point.
  • Managers can use CHECK-LISTS to tick off ‘to-do’ items. To assist with training, the checklists for staff to action can include cleaning manuals, video links and web pages. This means that any staff, anywhere on site, has access to all necessary information to help them complete their task.
