Metos CulinoPro has everything needed for intelligent and economical cooking, using the minimum of labour and energy.
The CulinoPro range is available in sizes from 40L to 400L. It features a new 7-inch digital control touchscreen, automatic cooling using tap water, preset mixing patterns, and the ‘teacher status’ feature, which provides training for kitchen staff and chefs. There is also a phone app for training which can be used anywhere.
All HACCP is taken care of by the software, which records all temperatures for future reference. Data can be downloaded to a USB stick for monitoring purposes.

Unlike existing kettles, the new Metos CulinoPro requires no fixed installation. Installation options include free-standing, which significantly reduces installation time whilst eliminating the need to drill into the floor which considerably improves cleaning operations.
