Each GN container receives up-to-date, relevant information via a QR code that is linked to the filled food and its subsequent process. This ensures maximum transparency, efficiency and traceability from the kitchen to the plate.
The GN Fill Station makes food production more efficient and error-free.
It imports the filling plan directly from the merchandise management system and, thanks to the integrated scale, ensures gram-accurate filling for each delivery item. Before filling, the GN container’s QR code is scanned and linked to the stored meal information – making all subsequent process steps such as picking and delivery clearly traceable. A real step forward for production safety, transparency and quality assurance.
After filling, the GN CoverStation takes over the secure and automated sealing of the containers – completely without manual pressing. Whether using a watertight press-on lid or a vacuum-sealable Vaculid® lid, both variants can be applied quickly, cleanly and with process reliability, and can even be sealed with partial or full vacuum. Optionally, the GN CoverStation can also create a protective gas atmosphere – for longer shelf life and increased food safety.
