With a capacity of 15-50 covers providing meals such as sausages, burgers, beans, baked potatoes, mashed potato, chips, hot dogs, fish fingers, curries, pasta etc, the Rieber Thermoport canteen is a quick way of adding extra hot meal capacity to cater for kids’ birthdays, or events and workshops.
Trolleys can be personalised with attractive adhesive panels and there is a foldable sneeze guard available on request. The serving height of 963mm means children get a good view of the goodies on offer, but also ensures the trolley has enough capacity to feed up to 50 meals from one fill.
Similar sized trolleys are available for chilled or frozen foods such as ice cream and lollies.
The trolleys can be wheeled anywhere and the hot versions are available as a convection-heated front loader. They will hold any food or drink hot, so as well as catering for children, the trollies could be used in wintertime for Mulled Wine, hot mince pies, quiches, bacon or sausage rolls.
Pre-heated in the main kitchen and once filled with food and plates, they can be wheeled to the serving location and plugged in again to maintain serving temperature.
